At Freedom for Youth Ministries, we believe that God is calling His people to reach out to a lost world. Our desire is to empower and equip people as they are called to reach youth across Iowa. We have a variety of full-time, part-time, and employment training positions that become available during the year. Here are our current job openings:

FREEDOM FOR YOUTH MINISTRIES

The Director of Finance and Administration provides strategic oversight and hands-on leadership for all financial, administrative, and human resource functions of Freedom for Youth Ministries and its affiliated entities — including Freedom Blend Coffee and Freedom Construction Services.

This role ensures financial health, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across the organization while maintaining a Christ-centered, servant-leadership approach that aligns with the mission of Freedom for Youth.

FREEDOM BLEND COFFEE
We're looking for a full-time Supervisor to help teach employment skills at Freedom Blend Coffee. You may read the job description here, and if it fits your calling, apply here.

FREEDOM CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
